You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.
Session fees are non-refundable once paid.

New to Therapy? Here’s What to Know

Starting therapy can feel like a big step — especially if you’ve never done it before. You might not know what to expect, or even how to explain what’s going on. That’s completely okay.

My approach is calm, grounded, and goes at your pace. You don’t need to be in crisis or have everything figured out. This is a space where you can talk things through, feel supported, and start to make sense of what’s underneath.

What if I don’t know how to explain what I’m feeling?
You’re not alone in that. A lot of people come to therapy because things feel stuck, unclear, or emotionally shut down. You don’t need to have the right words — we’ll work together to figure it out.

Will I be expected to open up straight away?
No. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We take our time. You can be honest about where you’re at — whether you're curious, cautious, or unsure where to begin.

What if I’ve never talked about this stuff before?
That’s okay too. You set the pace. Some people come with a clear story, others just a vague sense that something isn’t working. Either way, this space is here to support you.

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — all sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can access support from anywhere.

What happens in the first session?
We’ll explore what’s bringing you here, what you’d like to change or understand, and begin gently unpacking what’s been going on beneath the surface.

Can I book a one-off session?
Yes. You’re welcome to book a one-off therapy or Astro-Psychology session before deciding whether to continue.

Are your sessions suitable for trauma healing?
Yes. I work with care and compassion to support those navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, abandonment wounds, or low self-worth. Sessions are trauma-informed and paced gently.

What kind of therapy do you offer?
I use an integrative approach combining talk therapy, trauma-informed techniques, Jungian insight, and astro-psychological tools. We explore unconscious patterns, emotional triggers, and identity blocks to support real, lasting change.

Do I need to know anything about astrology for an Astro-Psychology session?
Not at all. I guide you through everything in a clear and supportive way — no prior knowledge needed.

What do I need to book an Astro-Psychology session?
Just your accurate birth time, date, and location. This allows me to prepare your chart and tailor the session to you.
